So, we're in Barnes & Nobles getting a Twilight calender for my oldest dd & what do my eyes spy ~ yup ~ you guessed it an official Twilight stamp set! Ha! Of course, had to get it & you know what it stamps pretty well. I haven't checked all of them but 3 out of 8 are great...I'm enjoying the Twilight Tuesday's Challenges & decided to check out some of the older ones ~ esp. the sketch ones... never can have too many sketches ~ right? So, this is TTSC7 ~ I think it looks perfect for the Team Edward stamp ~ Plus, I needed some cards for the WishRAK Labor Day Cards for the Troops Challenge (got the ribbon from one of the fantastic members) & figured that some soldier might just have a tween/teen girl who is also a Team Edward member & would love to get this card ~ Hope I'm right... I used the Black/Red/White colors from the books... Oh, & I did color each one of the polka dots with a Gelly Roll stardust pen ~ I mean duh ~ Edward in the sun!
Tomorrow is open house at the school & the girls are having mixed feelings ~ can't blame them really ~ it is always a bit scary to meet a new teacher.... Plus, they've had so much freedom this summer they are not happy to get back to the school routines ~ I'm a meany & don't allow any TV on school nights. Yep, gotta earn my worst mommy of the year award ~ am I right?
